Canon EOS 500D Aperture/Manual Focus in Video Mode?

I was just wondering, whilst in video mode on the Canon 500D if you can alter the aperture to let more/less light in? also, can you use manual focus in video mode?

How do I release “BULB” under manual mode for CANON 500D where the shutter speed is.?

I am experimenting my new 500D . I do not know what button I pressed but what do I do to get back to the normal mode, ie, :”bulb” is not reflected under shutter speed, instead I could adjust the shutter speed manually.

Where I can find Canon EOS 500D user instruction manual in Chinese language?

I have problem to understand how to use the English instruction of focus manually as English is my second language. I wonder if anyone can tells me where I can find the instruction in Chinese.

What is auto focus and manual focus (Canon eos 500d)?

How do you focus the video recorder on a Canon 500D?

Think of me as being a simpleton, when it comes to video recording..
What can i press to make it focus? or how can i do it?
I don’t know anything about what ISO or Aperture is etc, so really need simple language haha
Looked in the Users manual but couldn’t really find anything..
If anyone can help! PLEASEE!?
